Confirmation policy
As a courtesy, a confirmation text will be sent the day before your appointment. Please respond before 8pm. If not, your spot will be filled.

Brazilian policy
If you get a full Brazilian, your next appointment must be made within 6 weeks in order to receive the discounted rate. If not, it will be the full price.

Late policy
Please be respectful of my time & other people’s appointment times. If you know you will be more that 5 minutes late, you will need to reschedule.

 

Same day reschedule will count as a cancellation & will result in the full appointment amount.

No show policy
Missing an appointment without giving prior notice will result in the full appointment amount before rescheduling.

Scheduling & timing are very important parts of my business. I understand that things happen behind our control. We will address those situations at that time. Please respect me & I will respect you.
